Some 50 IPNU-IPPNUs will meet in Bojonegoro

The 3rd National Meeting of the Chief Commisioners of Nahdlatul Ulama Student Association (IPNU-IPPNU) will be held in at Wisma Toyo Aji, Wedi village, Kapas subdistrict, Bojonegoro, East Java. Saturday (21/11).

The meeting will take up issues on the importance of recruiting Nahdliyin-based cadres at the university level.
The chairman of IPNU Bojonegoro M. Masluhan said that most participants would arrive at the Ledre city today (20/11) and gather at the office of PCNU Bojonegoro before coming to the planned venue.
"Bojonegoro will host the 3rd national meeting. The first meeting was held in Surabaya and the second one was held in Jombang," he explained.
The former chairman of the IPNU Kapas, Bojonegoro, explained, at least there will be some 50 chief commissioners of IPNU attending the meeting. They consist of chairmen and chairwomen, secretaries and sympathizers.
"In addition to sharing program, the national meeting is also aimed at providing recommendations to the IPNU congress in Boyolali, (that will be held) in coming December," he continued.
He added that they would also be given material about the importance of entrepreneurship and academic from the East Java's Regional Board of IPNU.
"The most important thing is that this event could expectedly be used as a means of communication among NU autonomous bodies in universities," he concluded. (masdar)
