During the holy month of Ramadhan we Muslims are obliged to fast in seeking blessings from Allah SWT. To meet the goal, we have to do things as follow:

1. Preparing body and mind, mental and spiritual like paying more attention to environmental health, body, mind, and soul by taking more time to pray to Allah SWT and ask for forgiveness for us and our fellow beings.<>

2. Greeting the holy month of Ramadhan wholeheartedly and proudly for pursuing rigtheousness more and more.

3. Having a sincere intention to solely seek blessing (ridho) from Allah SWT because satan (setan) will not able to annoy those whose sincere intentions in worship. As Allah SWT said in the Qur'an sura Al Hijr: 39-40

"(Iblis) said: "O my Lord! because Thou hast put me in the wrong, I will make (wrong) fair-seeming to them on the earth, and I will put them all in the wrong. Except Thy servants among them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)."

4. Fasting patiently in treating physical and mental exercise because the patience will receive rewards from Allah. Allah said:

“Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning.”

5. Bkeaking fast immediately if the time has come and eat sahur late. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said:

“My Ummah (nation) is still on the right path as long as they eat Iftar soon and eat Sahur late” (HR Ahmad).

6. Reciting the doa while breaking fast.
Prophet Muhammad always recited the doa while breaking fast:

“Oh Allah, I fasted for you, and I broke my fast on your sustenance." (HR. Abu Dawud)

"Thirst is gone, the blood vessels are wet, and the reward is granted In Sha’ Allah” (HR Abu Dawud)

7. Breaking fast with dates and water. Rasulullah said:

Rasulullah broke fast before the prayer, ate some with wet dates if available, if not, ate dry dates, otherwise drank some draught of waters. (HR Abu Dawud)
